  • Administrator for 600 undergraduates students in one of the largest, most complex residence life programs at any university in the U.S.
  • On-call responsible for 1,800 residents of Warren Towers, the second-largest S. non-military dormitory
  • Dealt with a great variety of issues of students including judicial hearings
